hp scan jet G4010

has anyone found out why there is a problem with installing the hp solution
center for this scan jet every time I open it it pops up with numberous error
reports, don't they test this stuff before they sell it.

You don't need it, don't install it.

Yes it is tested but there is a problem with your PC causing a problem with this utility.
Not the other way around.
