Hp total care advisor, Vista

Has any one found a new link to download the fix for total care advisor. It
seems rediculous that a program that came with my hp computer put on by hp
can not be fixed by hp. why is it there if they don't want you to fix it?

This link does not work. HP told me to delete and reinstall but that doesn't
work I have the program on my desktop but I can't get it to extract to the
program or what ever one has to do to make it work.
Please advise.
