I am trying the link again. Last week it didn't work and I got a
message 'this service is temporarily unavailable".
Just now it worked (I thought) and I did the online health scan which
suggested two needed updates. I clicked to download them and the
download started at 1.2kbs - I have very fast broadband! The download
just timed out!
This is HP support!? I posted to their forum over a week ago but none
of the HP personal have answered even one post. There are kind people
there, like yourself trying to help others but they are not HP support
people and are struggling.
I am incredibly disappointed with HP support!!
Some people on the web contacted HP with the same problem that I have
and just got an out of the drawer suggestion which didn't help.
I want to do the updates before I try to contact them via chat and will
let you know the results.
thanks,
Mike
