Hello

at my office notbook, i plug my HTC Diamond with USB-cable.

Everything is working fine.

I will use my HTC for reading private emails and i don't want to use the
company internet access.
So i want use the mobile phone provider (t-mobile) to get my emails und the
HTC should be connected to the pc cause i am using a remote tool for contol
the PPC.

First i works, the htc opened a connection to the mobile fon provider -
alles was okay.
but since two day's.

I do not know what did - but now the HTC take a different route, the pocket
pc want connected the internet via company network, and this doesn't work.

I checkt the connection for internet and program access all are switched to
the mobile fon provider.
So is there an idea what i could do?

Thank you

Matthias

Hi,
When you plug your HTC Diamond in to your PC, it is trying to use the
company internet for internet access. Check to see if ActiveSync is
configured to allow internet access on the device. This will allow you to
connect directly to the internet.

A word of caution about this approach. Your company can configure
ActiveSync to not allow you to connect to the computer.

Sincerely,
