I seem to be having a problem setting HTML as my default in windows mail
while running outlook 2003 & word 2003 as my editor. ( running on vista )
When I go to tools - options - Mail Format and choose HTML, and then try to
choose a font style and size..it does not work. I will apply these changes
and then when I try to type in the body of my e mail...nothing appears...it
is blank. I notice that even the dialog box showing my font & text examples
are blank as well.
When I chose plain text and put in my address & subject & THEN chose HTML
form the drop down menu on my tool bar that works...
How do I make HTML my defaul setting?
Thanks
Herman

Check to ensure that the foreground and background colors are not the same.
