Html Editor

I used to have microsoft word as my HTML editor in my internet options. It
sunddely chage to notepad. I cannot change since there only NOTEPAD as
option. HOw do I go about change it

In IE. Go to tools Internet options and then programs. change the Html editor
to whatever you would like.
