Hello,
I've just converted to WM5 on a Treo 700wx from my Blackberry and BES.
I've got the Treo setup for Exchange Activesync and everything is syncing up
just fine. My question actually concerns the emails themselves. Some
email, and I've determined these to be either Rich Text or HTML email, will
show up blank in the mobile messaging program. No text, no links, no
nothing.
So what I'm trying to figure out is this. Is this normal behaviour for
WM5? Do I have a configuration problem on the phone? or do I have a
configuration problem with my Exchange server 2003 SP2? Any other insight
you guys can share on this problem?

I've found this other interesting bit of information. If I forward that
'blank' email to myself, receive that on the phone, and open the forwarded
attachment, I can then see the email. But this is a pain for everyday use.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi,
Did you setup the e-mail sync to download the whole e-mail? Some e-mail may
not be able to be viewed on the device.
