html help embedded in web page does not work with latest Upgrade

We have Windows Upgrades occuring automatically on our desktops. We use the
html help control embedded in an html page for our online TOC. This has
ceased to work with the latest upgrade 17 March 2005

I do not think I completely follow this. You are saying that your *own* web
help utility does not work after this update? Please reply back and clarify
this for us.

Always disclose the OS and maintenance level involved please.
