HTML into Plain text and missing attachment

I am having problems receiving certain emails. I send messages from work to
home in HTML and with attachments (pdf, doc etc), but Windows Mail seems to
convert the emails to plain text and lose the attachments. I have checked the
settings, and I haven't asked the program to read in plain text.
Furthermore, I read the same message in Outlook on a different PC and the
attachments and HTML formatting is there. Some messages I receive (from other
recipients) contain attachments without a problem.

You didn't say which email client you use at work, but I'm guessing
Outlook. Sounds like you are sending with Outlook's RTF format which
is not compatible with any other email client. You need to configure
your office Outlook to send in HTML or plain text.

I use Outlook at work, but don't use rich text. The emails I sent home were
in HTML. I seem to have sorted out the problem (I think it might have been
something to do with McAfee thinking my mail was spam).
