html signatures

I have in the past (with outlook epress)use a html signatue with a link to
my on line catalogue.. now (with wondows mail) I can not set this up. I have
done it in note pad, the document is correct as it will link to the pages but
it does not link in the email. how do i fix this? I did a search and tried to
load as a stationary but that didnt seem to work either so need more info

i have even emailed myself the succesful document and tried to save as
stationary but it will not???

you are probably exceeding the 4k size limit.
there are better programs than note pad for creating html signatures.
I use Front Page Express.
