Hyperlinks in Received Emails

I am running Windows Vista at home and a problem recently popped up. When I
receive an email with a hyperlink in it, Windows Mail does not allow me go to
the linked web address and pops up an error message stating:
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel".

Any ideas?

Please post the complete file name or hyperlink so that i can suggest the
appropriate program for it.
