IAAntif.exe - bad image error

Hi Folks,
Every time I start up my new Vista Ultimate I get the following error:

"IAAnotif.exe - Bad Image
C:\Program Files\Intel\Intel Matrix Storage Manager\ISDI.dll is either not
designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the
program again using the original installation media or contact your system
administrator or the software vendor for support."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
