Found this on my temp internet file. Tried to delete it but it won't delete.
Is this program needed?

It may be part of a legtimate program or it may be part of ad|spyware.
Have it scanned here if it's less than 1 megabyte :
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Use the Kaspersky Single File scanner. If it's larger than 1 MB, then
you will have to use the Kaspersky Online Scanner and choose the option
to scan a single file. Here's a tutorial for using it:

Yes it does. Jotti.org is another good scanner.
