I have followed all the suggestions given to me from Microsoft. But I am
still crashing every day. This is driving me insane. Can anyone help me??

Jojo;
Make sure you have all the latest drivers for your operating system.
Follow the "Slow Computer" page to help identify possible problems.:
http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/slowcom.htm

Otherwise since this is a Windows Update newsgroup, you should post this to
a newsgroup specific to your operating system:
http://aumha.org/nntp.htm
