The ICON color (Green) that depicts when a contact is on line, or not, are so
faint that an old guy like me has a hard time seeing who's on line. Can they
be made darker or another color? Can these ICONS be made larger?

Greetings,

Not really. One thing you can do is hover over them with your mouse and it will list their
status (Away), (Be Right Back), etc.
