I am running Windows Vista Home Premium x64 on my HP PAVILION DV7 notebook
and was wondering why from time to time the Recycle Bin Icon disappears and
only the name is there, the icon is gone, it happens only once in awhile, no
big deal I will be upgrading to Windows 7 in October but was just wondering
what would cause this.

It does that because you select Delete instead of Emptying when you right click on
the Recycle Bin icon

Here is the fix so as you will not have this happen again. All this fix does is
remove the Delete from the selected choices when right clicking on the Recycle Bin
icon

How to hide the Delete Command
