Icon with security shield

This is all new to me. I installed Acronis True Image and wound up wit
an icon on my desktop that had a Windows type security shiled attache
to it. I don't know how it got there nor do I know how to get rid of it
If i look at the properties and go to icon it shows a normal Acroni
icon. I tried searching for an answer but no luck. What does this mea
and what do I do????:confused

Do nothing.
It means a UAC prompt will occur when you double click it.

The technical reason may be posted henceforth ... but not by me : )

Ok got it. I did some more reasearch and read some additional info. I
think I understand now and I think I will just have to get used to it.
