Icons and Tabs Don't Work

In my WLM, the IM itself works fine, and the Search Box works. All the other
features don't work. Most of the tabs have question marks rather than icons.
Clicking on the icons gets me nowhere. Most of the Contact Card info is
missing. Last week, for one day, everything worked. I have no idea why it
started working and stopped again. Can anybody help?

Greetings Keith,

It sounds like Messenger is trying to connect to get the resources it needs but is failing
(hence the question marks on the tabs). Are you running any third-party firewall? If so,
you may want to temporarily disable or uninstall it to verify it's the problem and then
re-add Messenger in whatever firewall software configuration you have running.

Greetings,

It seems that the content server is acting a bit slow right now, which is
causing several timeouts.

Tryusing Messenger in about 1-3 hours, and it should be fixed.

Hi, Jonathan,

Thanks, but it's only worked one day in over a month. I don't think waiting
a few hours will help.

Hi, Jonathan,

Thanks. The only firewall I use is Windows Firewall, and I've already tried
shutting it off, and also tried shutting off my third-party pop-up stopper.
