Icons dissappear from desktop.

When computer is started desktop shows all icons. When try to open any file
or "My Computer" for example as soon as it opens it closes immediatley and
after a few attemps all icons dissappear

Some Windows Vista functions may not work, or Windows Vista may stop

Iam having the same problem, (machine works fine in safe mode)
I am running Vista 32 home premium
