ICONS rebuilding for no reason???

Has anyone ever had it that when your desktop Icons come up fine after log
in, then a few minutes later the Icons go all white then rebuild them. I
can't isolate it to any program I have recently installed.

Has anyone have this happen to them?

I am running Vista Home Premium.

I have Vista Home Premium SP1 here, and this happens to me periodically as
well. I've never been able to figure out what causes it, like a lot of
other Vista quirks.

Have you rebuilt the icon cache? It might help.
