Can Messenger Live add Yahoo and AOL contacts to IM to? That would be great.
Bellsouth designed one that would allow all contacts from MSN , AOL and
Yahoo to be added. I would love to see MSN do that I use MSN mostly for
remote assistance.

Thanks

Tom

Greetings Tom,

Actually Yahoo contacts are planned for sometime in the near future and an agreement is
already in place to make this happen. No luck on AOL though.

Hi Tom,

There's actually plenty of programs that do all three and more (Trillian, Gaim, Miranda,
etc.).

However, if you open your Run... option (Windows Key+R) you can type
conf.exe and use that (assuming you're not on Vista). Remote Assistance
uses the same or similar programs that NetMeeting (conf.exe) uses. So, it
can be done that way.

You'll have to go through a setup screen the first time around. And, your
contact will have to go into Tools --> Sharing and allow you to see their
desktop/control it.
