However, if you open your Run... option (Windows Key+R) you can type
conf.exe and use that (assuming you're not on Vista). Remote Assistance
uses the same or similar programs that NetMeeting (conf.exe) uses. So, it
can be done that way.
You'll have to go through a setup screen the first time around. And, your
contact will have to go into Tools --> Sharing and allow you to see their
desktop/control it.
