IE 6.0 SP1 Patches Failing

Everyone,

I am attempting to install a number of IE6 SP1 patches on
a server at my organization. However, each time I try to
install the patches, I receive an error.

My System:

Windows NT 4.0 Server, SP6a

IE Version

Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1
(Version 6.0.2800.1106)
(Update Versions: SP1, Q833989, Q834707, Q889293, Q841873)

The patches I'm trying to install:

KB831167
KB832894
KB867801 (Initially installed, would not install after IE6
SP1 reinstall)

The error I receive:

This update requires Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 1
to be installed.

I have installed a few IE6 SP1 patches already without
any error. I did remove IE6 SP1, rebooted, and reinstalled
the app, and when I did the third patch listed above also
wouldn't install.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm uncertain why these
patches will not detect the correct version of IE6, which
is installed. I've checked the MS web site as well as the
Web, but I've been unable to turn anything up. You're my
last hope!
