IE.6 - can NOT complete instalation

Hello,

The update site says I've downloaded the IE.6 upgrade but
when I try to complete the installation I keep getting a
message that says a "previous installation has not been
completed, please restart computer to complete
installation." I've restarted the computer but continue to
receive this message when I repeat the installation steps.
Not sure how to reslove this....any suggestions anyone

Hi Donna,

I'm using win2000 pro and I get the same message quite often. I have no
solution for it although it does seem to install even after saying that.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable can clear it up for us.
