IE 7.0 and Outlook

With IE 6.0 I was able to access my Outlook email by selecting the email icon
on the tool bar. After I upgraded to IE 7.0 even though I checked to make
sure Outlook is still the email program choice under options, I can only
access hotmail when I click on the email icon. Does anyone know how to change
it to Outlook?
