IE 7.0 install error 0xF01E

Attempted install IE 7.0 update numerous occassions. Keep received error
0xF01E. Can't find any reference on online help. Has anyone else had this
error? Any assistance would be appreciated.

1. Don't install IE7 via Windows or Automatic Updates.

2. Install IE7 via http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx, after
