ie 7

after i downloaded ie 7. i get this alert flash up, Smartbridge alerts:
motive sb.exe enrty point not found, the procedure entry point image file
name could not be located in the dynamic link libray psapi.dll This only
happens when i start my pc (xp2)

It looks like IE7 istallation replaced the working psapi.dll that worked
with SmartBridge.
SmartBridge depended on some library call, that is now non-existent in the
psapi.dll.

Contact SmartBridge web-site and see if anyone else has reported this and if
there is a fix.
Or, if you have a backup of psapi.dll, try moveing the new out, puting the
old in, and see if everything works with IE7 and the rest of the system.

Compare the versions on each psapi.dll file and see if the delivered an old
one with IE7 or a new one with modifications.

You can also get the psapi.dll from another system and try that (one that
does not have IE7).

It is using an older version of psapi.dll that causes the program to stop
responding in Internet Explorer 7.

To work around this issue, follow these steps:

Go to the installation location for SmartBridge (\Program
Files\.....\Smart...).
Find PSAPI.DLL in the installation location for and rename it to something
else, such as PSAPIOLD.DLL. Do not rename the PSAPI.DLL file in your
\Windows\System32 directory.
Restart the computer.
The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory
and function normally.
