In IE 6, all I had to do is type msn.com and would be allowed to go to web
site. Now with IE 7 you have to type in whole url or type msn and then press
ctrl - enter. Is there a way to get IE 7 to work like IE 6 did.

This could be due to your setting for IE, do you have autocomplete enabled? I
have had no problems typing just part of any address that IE7 did not
respond.

Just for fun I want to point out that:
m-s-n-.-c-o-m-Enter=8 key presses
m-s-n-Ctrl+enter=5 key press

You want to give youself more work?

Fun over, it works for me in IE7, it appears to be tied in to my favourites
somehow but it only works on some of my favourites. Maybe it has something to
do with the indexing service? On the favourites that it does work .ulr is
added to the end of the favourite entry, it then automatically follows the
favourite. I get some of these suggestions so maybe it's related to the
search behavour of the address bar.
