IE 7 destroying homepeges

After installing IE 7 many of our homepages are showed wrong, i now have IE &
again but all other with IE 7 can not see our homepages. We use Effective
Site Studio to work with pages and this is a professional program so it is
not something wrong with it.
IE 7 seems to read something in awrong way, it lays things over each oher so
I had to take away things from some of our pages and are waiting for IE to be
fixed so I can publish the sites as they are again.
look att www.racystar.com all things i had in bottom as counter, map and
other HTML is moving up in the middle of the page, over other things... not
funny...please what is wrong? Now I had to take some of it away but my music
player is still there and laying over other things.
