IE 7 install problem

I had IE 7 BETA and tried to install the IE 7 update but it fails everytime.
Says 'updates were unable to be successfully installed'. So now every time I
launch IE I get a blank (blue) page. How can I fix. FYI - with the beta
version it ALWAYS blew out on the initial settings page.
