Where do I get javascript? It isn't in the "advanced" section of my IE
options where it should be anymore. Is there a way to find it again, or
repair/re-install IE?

Could you be thinking of Java? Java and Javascript are two different
things, despite the similarity in their names. Which one are you asking
about?

No, no I mean javascript. It is currently disabled somehow (I dunno why) and
I cannot figure out how to get it re-enabled. Then the situation that I said
before happened and I can't find the boxes to enable it.

Microsoft refers to JavaScript as "active scripting" under Tools, Security.

Hmmm, it says it's all enabled, but javscripts still won't load.

You might consider reinstalling the script engine. For Windows XP, see

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
and for Windows 2000 see

1. Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.

2a. Start | Run | Regsvr32 vbscript.dll

2b. Start | Run | Regsvr32 jscript.dll

3. Re-register all DLLs listed in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679

5a. IE Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Browsing>Enable third-party browser
extensions (uncheck & reboot).

5b. Find the hijacker that caused 5a to be checked (or if none were checked,
check for hijackware anyway):

That didn't work either =(, and Vista doesn't have the "run" command on it's
start menu anymore. For the Error ones, it doesn't give me errors, it just
says I have to install a flashplayer (I have installed it many times) and/or
activate javascript.

You can get the Run dialog by holding down the WinKey while you press R.

Try uninstalling / reinstalling Flash Player. Use the uninstaller at
