I searched this community for my problem and a fix but my situation is
slightly different then what has been discussed to date.

I have an OEM version of Windows Vista Home Premium Edition on my Dell 1420
laptop. Over the past 6 weeks since I had the LT, Internet Explorer 7 works
fine except under one situation. When I am on a cam website (friendfinders),
weather my built in cam is on or not, and I’m viewing several other cams
(open windows) at once, IE7 will stop working after 30 mins or longer and
gives me an error message as follows:

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close
and notify you if a solution is available." IE 7 shuts down then reopens to
my home page but I never to get a response from MS.

Does anyone know the fix on this one?

Go to Control Panel (Classic view) > Problem Reports and Solutions > click the
"View problem history" link in the left pane of the window. There will be a
list of the programs displayed that have had problems. To get further
information (and help), right click on a problem and select "View problem
details". You can use the "Copy to clipboard" link in the lower left corner of
the window to paste the contents into a message.
