Is IE 8 included in Vista SP2?

Service Packs typically do not include
updates to Internet Explorer.

I have not yet seen Microsoft include a version of Internet Explorer in a
Service pack for an OS.

Just to expand on this slightly, the version of IE included with the OS will
typically be updated by the OS service pack, but not to a different version number.
