I ran some program to do reg clean and defragmentation (auslogics). Bad
idea. Anyway, I suppose I need to do a full reinstall. Is it possible to
reinstall Vista if I am already on SP1? I also am using bitlocker.

I already tried the repair option in IE. Doesn't seem to make any
difference.

It might be the web pages themselves that are the problem. With what pages
are you having difficulty?

I think I have found part of the problem. Seems to be network related. I
was trying to dl a 14 mb file yesterday and it said it would take 4 hours.
It was very slow, on the same connection with another computer it downloaded
in under a minute. I updated my wireless drivers, but that didn't seem to
make any difference. I disabled my wireless and used the physical network
card instead, still had sporadic issues.

Not sure how I can repair TCPIP in Vista.
