IE bugs or......

Every time i open internet explorer it frezzes and the a white cloud start
from the outside in to my monitor covering the whole thing , i have to shut
down the computer and then pray that the next time it won't happen , but it
does only when i open IE/. I have run all the anti viruses and also spybot
and it appears to be clean .What can I do ?

IE, tools menu, Options, Advanced tab, 'reset' button.
