IE Content Advisor

My problem is that i want to block advertisements on certain webpages without
having a warning dialogue popup in the middle of my screen. I am blocking the
adverts by adding the specific advertising domain to the content advisor's
"dissallowed websites" section but then i get the content advisor telling me
everytime i visit a page with blocked content that 'content has been
blocked'. I simply want the page to open with the content blocked - I do not
want the Advisor jumping up infront of what i want to see(...like an
advert!!). There are no settings that i have found which will disable this
from happening, please can somebody help?
