IE Error message

Since installing XPSP2, I have been getting the following error message, but
only on secure sites (for example, for online purchases):

"The page cannot be displayed There is a problem with the page you are
trying to reach and it cannot be displayed. "

I have tried changing some of my security settings, but without any success.
Any suggestions? Thanks ahead of time.
