Have a Dell System with installed software using XP Home edition. any
sugestions?

Count your blessings that IE7 didn't install and don't try installing it
again.

That's what I use. The only time I use IE6 is for Windows Update.

Hi there,

For windows update you can use firefox as well.

Go to tools, user agent switcher and choose ie 6.

There is no "user agent switcher" under tools. I am running FF2.
