ie hanging

Hello, after playing spades in yahoo games the game lobby room hangs after i
close
out the screen. i than have to end task. i get these error reports to send
out:

This has been an on going problem since i have bought my computer new not
even a year ago. I have sent the errors each and every time, but no repsonce
from Microsoft, please this is really upsetting.
what is the reason and what is the solution to stop this from happening?
after using task manager to end the running screen, it closes out all of ie
screens that are running also and takes me back to my desktop.
I cant even go into a different room because of this, this is not normal, I
didnt have these problems with my other computer which was windows ME. Please
help me with this, these problems.
Also I get closed out of yahoo spades and have an error icon on my desktop
saying this:

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF SUN JAVA and MICROSOFT. This is computing Judicial
System style !! We need to revolt against the powers that be!

Thanks to the lawsuit between Sun Java and Microsoft, and the legal system's
involvement, we, the USER must suffer! We "have" to use this NEW Sun Java
versus the OLD Microsoft Java and the final result is nothing works...
including TASK MGR!! Oh, well..

No matter how many times anyone in here tells you otherwise, Sun Java and
applets don't work with Windows and Explorer! And you described what is
happening very well. I know exactly what you are talking about cause I have
been trying to find the solution to that problem too! Not only does this
happen in Yahoo but other sites that use java in their applications, too.

You will get EXCEPTION ERRORS, hangs, memory being eaten, task mgr not
performing , windows not able to be shut down, etc. When I try to shut down
my new machine ( I had two with this exact same problem and originally
thought it was the machine or processor cause everyone was sayin .. "oh,
no... not having any of those problems with the new java!" Ha!! I found
out later they were but didn't realize it. Seems know that I have been on
everyone continually about this problem, everyone is FINALLY becoming aware
that there is a problem and admitting - but with no solution!

The solution, as I see it, is to get out your old copy of ME or WIN 98 or
WIN XP before this nonsense started and redo your system with a program that
still has the old java as part of the programming. Then be very careful
that you don't accidentally download any UPDATES that will eliminate the old
and force you to use the new. There is information available in this site on
how to reinstall your OLD Java and also instructions on how to USE BOTH.. sun
and ms java. BUT whether it will work and how hard or easy it might be to
accomplish this has not been established.

I have contacted Sun Java about this problem and know they are aware of it
but there really is no other solution than to .... redo your system with an
older version of WINDOWS as described above.
