ATL.DLL belongs in the C:\Windows\System32\ folder. There is a copy of it in the
C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386\ folder. Just do a copy & paste, and reboot.
Copy & Paste the following to the Start, Run box:
copy C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386\ATL.DLL C:\Windows\System32\
