IE Service Pack 1 (KB867801)

I have ME edition and have received notification of a new service pack for IE
however when I click on "Install Now" absolutely nothing happens. Any
suggestions?

How did you get the noticication, are you sure its not a virus, etc if it
came by email. Unless you signed up for notification from MS it will never
come by email. If you got it from auto update, try manually going to the
autoupdate site and doing it from there.
