IE update Pak 2

After installing Windows XP Home Addition Pak 2 I have
three IE problems.

1- I get three separate Security Warning dialog s
when I enter Hotmail.
So I have to click yes three times to get my mail, and
one more to exit.

2- I cannot access some sites that I could prior to
Pak 2.
(Now the buttons are inactive and cannot click thru).

3- Slowed down Internet access. Now I have to
refresh several times to go from one page to the next on
sites like Yahoo Hot jobs, or Career Builder, which
worked perfectly before. PC also locks up several times
which never or rarely happened before..

I need help please let me know what needs to be done.

If that doesn't help, I suggest you post in a newsgroup for Internet
Explorer, this group is for problems with Windows Updates.
