IE won't start

After doing windows updates after reinstaling windows xp i have discovered
that my internet explorer dosen't work. i still have access to the web but iE
keeps telling me there is a problem and has to shut down. so now i can't
check e- mail on that computer any and all help is greatly apperciated.
