IE6 --Lost fwd/back arrows--

The Fwd/Back arrows (last site...) have disappeared from IE. I reinstalled
it froim fresh dl--still no fwd/back arrows. How do I recover them??? (Both
Mozilla FireFox, and Opera work fine!) Thanks, Jim

If you have IE6 set to open each page in a new window, the arrows will not
appear..

Sounds Reasonable--I assume it's in Tools/Internet Options/Advanced??? But I
don't recognize it... Am I correct about the location? What is the exact
label for this setting (I don't remember ever changing it...)

It is in Control Panel - Folder Options.. General tab - Browse folders..

The default is "Open ea folder in the same window" (which is where it
was)...I reset it, rebooted, and still no arrows for IE...

Found! In IE View/Toolbars/Customize--select Fwd/Back Arrows!

Way to go.. the reason for my initial advice was that some people like
everything to open in different windows.. when that is set, the arrows
disappear because there is no use for them.. I will remember your fix for
those in a similar situation..
