About IE7 and group policy issues

To close IE7 how in the group strategy the privacy report. Because has it to
have me to visit the partial websites to be able to leave wrongly (e.g.:
http://www.kaixin001.com), I input the user name and the password, cannot
register. To me do not say that establishes in the IE toolbar, I need to
establish in the group strategy. Thought that the master prays for rescue.
