IE7 and RSS Feeds

Is there anyway that it is possible to allow IE7 to read RSS feeds that
originate from a password protected directory.

The reason I need this is because I run a club, the members site is password
protected. Several of the members online facilities generate RSS feeds that
I would like then to able to subscribe to.
