IE7 and Tabbing vs New Window

Hi...

My new Vista machine has IE7 (of course).

It ALWAYS opens a new window with each link
clicked. How do I get it to open normal links in
the same window and open "target=_blank" links in
a new tab?

Tools > Internet Options > General > Tabs > Settings
controls the various options.

Thanks...but I think that is set right.

I have Enable Tabbed Browsing checked...but it
still opens all links in new windows.

I am having same Problem...no mater what Kind of Link (Favorite, Type it in
Address bar, Link on Desktop) it opens that URL in the same tab...It will not
open a new Tab no matter what your setting are in Tab browsing
Control.....Getting to be a pain in the Glutious.......Can Anyone
Help...Rebooted, Ran IE as Admin, Reset all setting inIE7 nothing wants to
work.
And like SS said just started doing it,,,Did nothing to provoke it......
