IE7-Can NOT Change Home Page

I can not change home page. I have disabled Norton, tried going in log
viewer and change-no luck, even if I go back to IE6-ame problem. Back to IE7
and still no luck, web pages download ok no problem-JUST CAN"T CHANGE
HOMEPAGE! Any help with steps!

I solved problem by un-installing IE 7 and reverting back to 6. Did clean
boot and ran 'reedit', rid of third party software, REINSTALLED IE 7 and
everything working great!
