Crash means an application error occurs (instruction ... at memory ... .
Write to memory failed).
No error report and only the logged application error in the event log.
I think have I found the source of trouble: I have tried to deactivate my
McAfee virus scanner. Now the installation seems to be OK. Maybe it's time to
send a bug report to McAfee :-)
