IE7 Critical Update removed?

I went to the Windows Update page tonight to see if there were any new
Critical Updates, other than the IE7 update, which I am now downloading for
the time being. I am using IE6.
When I got into the page I noticed that IE7 was not listed any longer as a
Critical Update. I thought something might be wrong with this computer, so I
tried my laptop and same result = Critical Update of IE7 was not listed any
longer.
Does anyone know why IE7 has been removed from the Critical Update page?

Yes, I noticed the same thing...I had to reinstall my computer from a norton
ghost image from a couple months back...and when I went to download all the
updates I noticed the IE7 update isn't there anymore. Which is fine with me
actually because I actually just wanted to stay with IE6 for now
anyways...that's part of the reason I reinstalled my computer from a ghost
image...I wanted to go back to IE6. The IE7 update doesn't show up in my
computer at work either anymore.

IE7 is still available. HIGHLY recommend reading this prior to
installing it:

Download link for IE7:

What does the above mean?

Had you hidden the upgrade to IE7?

MowGreen:
My main reason for posting this question was to find out if MS Critical
Updates has removed the IE7 from the Critical Updates page. When I clicked on
Express Updates (and Custom Updates) IE7 was not listed any longer.
HOWEVER, todlay (1/30/07) when I went back and checked, I saw that IE7 was
NOW (once again) LISTED under the Express Updates! I don't know what happened
yesterday, when it was NOT listed.
