IE7: Delete All Except Saved Passwords?

It's not a big deal, but I was wondering if there's a way to configure
IE7's "Delete All" function so it deletes my browsing history but not
my saved passwords?

I don't think IE7 can be configured to do this. You might try CCleaner from
www.ccleaner.com or, since your message headers indicate XP SP3, upgrade to
iE8 which can be configured in this way.
